Advanced Well Test Analysis
Candidates:
Senior reservoir engineers who have previous experience dealing with well test analysis. Those who attend the basic PTA course are good candidates for this advanced course.
Summary:
This course is designed for senior engineers with reasonable well testing experience. It aims to develop the understanding of pressure transient testing, how to use the results from pressure transient testing in well/reservoir management, and be able to design and analyze advanced well tests. A «hands on» approach using a state-of-the-art well test design and analysis software program will be utilized for class problems.
