Integration of Logs,Cores and Test Data

Candidates:

Petrophysicists, reservoir engineers, and geoscientists that have a basic understanding of petrophysics, geology and engineering and need to fully integrate data sets to completely understand reservoir performance.

Summary:

This course provides the background necessary to solve complex reservoir evaluation and productivity problems in exploration, appraisal and field development. The fundamentals of rock properties, logging tools and engineering data needed to solve these problems are reviewed. The concepts are illustrated with a series of case studies from the Middle East region.
