We have currently opened up an opportunity for a seasoned and results-driven Finance/Accounting Senior to join our dynamic team at ResModTec. As a key player in our finance department, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and compliance. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the financial health of our organization while providing leadership in critical areas such as financial reporting, analysis, and process optimization.

Some of the tasks include:
• Prepare of invoices and follow up on payments.
• Upload required details on ARIBA
• Manage accounts receivable to optimize cash flow.
• Prepare budget for mobilization
• Generate accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income
statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and analyze deviations.
• Evaluate and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
• Monitor and manage daily cash balances.
• Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
• Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement best practices to improve overall financial operations.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in recruiting in the UAE is mandatory
• Experience in a recruitment and manpower agency is preferred
• Must know UAE VAT and Tax regulations

Job Description :

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

Responsibilities
• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies.

• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
• See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics.
• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
• Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A team player with a customer-oriented approach.
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field.
